We’re excited to bring you the latest updates and enhancements for the NetSuite Embedded Payments Bundle. These improvements are designed to ensure compatibility with the upcoming NetSuite ERP v. 2024.2, resolve key issues, and enhance the functionality of your payment processing workflows.
Ensuring Compatibility with NetSuite ERP v. 2024.2
As Oracle begins rolling out NetSuite ERP v. 2024.2, we’ve ensured that our latest bundle release, v. 2024.15, addresses all compatibility concerns identified during internal testing. This update not only ensures seamless integration with NetSuite ERP v. 2024.2 but also maintains backward compatibility with NetSuite ERP v. 2024.1.
For Versapay merchants using the NetSuite Embedded Payments Bundle, this enhancement is designed to provide continued reliability and performance as your NetSuite environment is updated.
Before Enhancement: If you're using older versions of the NetSuite Embedded Payments Bundle, you may encounter compatibility issues once Oracle updates your NetSuite environment to v. 2024.2.
After Enhancement: With the v. 2024.15 update, you will experience full compatibility with NetSuite ERP v. 2024.2 while retaining backward compatibility with v. 2024.1.

Bug Fixes
Updated Versapay Network Scripts to Remove Find By Display Number Logic
Previously, the Reminder and Order Deposit features contained a bug that would sometimes lead to the wrong document being identified when there is a duplicate "Document Number" in NetSuite. This bug impacted Invoices and Sales Orders.
With the latest bundle release, v. 2024.14, we have resolved this bug scenario to ensure that duplicate Document Numbers never lead to the incorrect document being identified.
Resolved Issue with Classic Clover EMV Device Not Triggering for Cash Sales via Quote
For merchants using the NetSuite Embedded Payments Bundle, we’re pleased to announce a critical bug fix in the latest release, v. 2024.15, that enhances the functionality of Clover EMV devices when processing Cash Sales that originate from Quotes in NetSuite ERP.
Previously, there was an issue where the Clover EMV device failed to trigger when attempting to accept a Cash Sale that originated from a Quote in NetSuite ERP. This problem occurred when the Clover EMV device was selected as the Payment Method, preventing the completion of the transaction.
With the latest bundle release, v. 2024.15, this issue has been resolved. After updating to NetSuite Embedded Payments Bundle v. 2024.15, you will be able to seamlessly accept Cash Sales from Quotes using Clover EMV devices as the payment method.
