We've addressed an issue in ERP Payments for Microsoft where the use of encrypted storage with the Versapay Network was preventing successful capture operations. This problem generally occurs when customers migrate systems but do not correctly switch the Data Protection Type to tokenization, which is essential for all users on the VPY network. This update ensures that customers using non-standard configurations can still successfully capture open authorizations, improving transaction security and functionality.
