Improved Handling of Deleted NetSuite Payments

What's New?
We've improved how the system handles payments that are deleted in NetSuite, making it easier to keep your payment records in sync.
What Problem Does This Solve?
Previously, when payments were deleted directly in NetSuite (rather than reversed), they would remain active in Versapay with their original amounts and balances. This created confusing discrepancies in your unapplied balance reports between the two systems.
How Does It Work Now?
The connector now automatically detects when a payment has been deleted in NetSuite and updates the corresponding payment balance and total in Versapay to $0.00. This keeps your records aligned and eliminates manual reconciliation work.
What Do You Need to Do?
Nothing. This enhancement works automatically in the background.
Important Notes
This enhancement applies only to payments that originated in NetSuite (ERP)
Payments that originated in Versapay and were later deleted in NetSuite will continue to follow existing processes
