NEW! Dashboard Collections Insights

We’re excited to introduce an enhanced dashboard designed to improve cash forecasting and spotlight your top collection priorities. Check out this short product demo to learn more.

The Supplier Portal contains a wealth of data. With these new data insights, users can instantly identify which customers need attention — eliminating the need for time-consuming filtering, exporting, and manual analysis. These powerful new insights help you take more informed action — streamlining your financial processes and boosting efficiency.

Key insights are displayed as cards just below the graph and DSO/ADP metrics:

  • *Promise-to-Pay Forecast: Total expected payments based on customer promises within the next 30 days.

  • *Late Promise to Pay: Overdue promised payments, including total dollar value and number of affected customers.

  • Payment Disputes: Invoice balances under dispute opened in the last 30 days, along with the number of impacted customers.

  • Credit Limit Threshold: Number of customers nearing or exceeding their credit limits.

  • Unapplied Payments: Total value of unapplied payments and the number of customers involved.

*Note: The 'Promise to Pay' insights will be shown for all suppliers, while the remaining insights will appear only if the corresponding capabilities are enabled for a supplier.

To see the customers related to a specific insight, click 'View' on the corresponding card. This will take you to the Customers listing page with a filtered view showing only those customers. The filter will be saved as a "pin" at the top of the page, ensuring that any further filtering is done within the context of the initial filter.

We encourage you to explore the dashboard and experience the difference it can make in your day-to-day collections strategy.

Enhanced Promise to Pay experience

We’ve also made key improvements to Promise to Pay to give you a more accurate view of customer commitments. These updates provide a clearer picture of expected payments, helping you plan and prioritize more effectively.

The Promise to Pay progress meter on the Customer Detail page now includes scheduled payments.

The Promise to Pay banner in the Customer Portal also reflects scheduled payments.
