We’ve addressed several key issues in our ERP Payments for NetSuite product to enhance functionality and user experience.

Unified Product Edition

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Expanded Invoice Display: Addressed the limitation where the Versapay Network Invoices feature displayed only up to 4,000 invoices. Now, all invoices are displayed without this restriction.

  • Settlement and Fee Reporting for Non-OneWorld Accounts: Fixed the issue where Versapay Settlement and Fee Reporting was not functioning for non-OneWorld NetSuite accounts. This ensures accurate and functional reporting across all account types.

  • Payment Link Visibility for Multi-Subsidiary Accounts: Corrected the issue where payment links were not displaying on invoices for multi-subsidiary NetSuite accounts. This fix ensures that payment links are now properly displayed, enhancing the functionality for users with complex organizational structures.

Surcharge Settings

  • Issue Resolved: Fixed issues where incorrect surcharge application occurred when specific settings were unchecked. Payments were being surcharged incorrectly, and surcharge rules were not functioning as expected.

  • Fix: Added a new setting, 'BYPASS SURCHARGE VALIDATION', to the Versapay Settings. This ensures that only Credit Card transactions are surcharged, while ACH and Debit Card payments are excluded, and surcharges can be applied in any state.

  • Supported Features/Gateways: This fix applies to E-invoice, E-deposit, and E-statement features across US1, US2, and Global gateways.

  • Please note, the following settings must be enabled in Versapay Settings record for invoice and deposits:

    • E-INVOICE ADDITIONAL CHARGE - APPLY TO CC ONLY

    • E-INVOICE ADDITIONAL CHARGE LABEL

    • E-INVOICE NON-INVENTORY ITEM INTERNAL ID

    • E-INVOICE ADDITIONAL CHARGE THRESHOLD

    • E-INVOICE ADDITIONAL CHARGE PERCENTAGE

    • APPLY SURCHARGE RULES

    • BYPASS SURCHARGE VALIDATION
