Collaborative AR Consolidated Customer Exports Fix

This update is for suppliers who organize customers into hierarchies and use the “Consolidated Customers” filter on the Customers Listing page.

To access the Consolidated Customers view, simply check the box at the top of the Customer page.

Previously, when Supplier Portal users viewed the Customer Listing page with the “Consolidated Customers” box checked and exported the data, they expected the export to contain consolidated data for customer hierarchies. However, the export showed the same data as the non-consolidated view.

With the latest release, we’ve fixed this issue and exports now match the data displayed in the consolidated view on the Customer Listing page:

• For customer hierarchies, only the top-level customer is included in the export, with all figures (such as balances and aging statistics) consolidated to include data from lower-level customers.

• All standalone customers are included in the export.
