October 16, 2024: Collaborative AR Update

Say Hello to the First Phase of Your Refreshed User Interface (UI)

We’re excited to announce the first phase of updates to your Supplier Portal interface featuring enhanced performance and a better user experience. This is just the beginning—more UI enhancements are planned for 2025!

With this update, you now have greater control over how you view your data across the Customers, Invoices, and Payments listing pages in the Supplier Portal. Additionally, vertical lines and white space have been added to the table header with summary statistics to improve readability.

Below is a summary of the key improvements, which are live in both the Production and UAT environments.

1. Column Management

Gain full control over how your data is displayed with our enhanced Column Management features. You can now rearrange, hide, resize, and pin data columns to fit your workflow needs.

Rearrange Columns

Drag and drop columns to organize them exactly how you want.

Hide & Show Columns

Use the new Customize table icon to hide or show multiple columns, simplifying your view.

Column Menu

Each column has a menu (accessed by clicking the vertical ellipsis) that lets you sort, hide, show, or pin columns for easier management.

These features provide a more personalized and streamlined way to view your data, helping you work more efficiently.

2. Enhanced Filtering & Search

We've made it easier for you to filter and search through your data.

Enhanced Filtering

Apply filters with ease, and a progress indicator will show you that data is being fetched. If no data matches your filter, a message will appear: "Your search did not match any data."

Extended Search Field

The search field has been lengthened for improved visibility, helping you quickly find the data you need.

These improvements ensure you can refine your data more efficiently and get to what matters faster.

3. Streamlined Export Function

The export process has been simplified for easier access. Instead of the original Export button, you'll now find a new export icon within the table header. This subtle change declutters the interface while still providing quick access to export your data as needed.
