NetSuite NextGen Connector 

Title: Update Reversed Transactions to Identify them as Reversed in the UI

Date of the release: Jan 27, 2026 

Description of problem: When a Versapay payment is reversed or the application has changed, the original payment is reversed in the ERP by way of a journal entry, and the new record is created using the same using the same ID as the original payment, making troubleshooting and research difficult. 

Description of solution: Reversed Versapay payments will now have ".REV" added to the end of their payment ID. This will allow easier troubleshooting and ensure that reversed payments can be identified as separate from the new payment record.

MRI NextGen Connector

Title: Add ability to group CA payment batching by batch ID instead of by post ID 

Release Type: Enhancement 

Impacted Product: MRI NextGen Connector 

Impacted Feature(s): Cash Application payments 

Date of the release: Jan 27, 2026 

Description of problem: All Cash Application payments were deposited in MRI by using the Post ID to group them, which could result in cross-period batching. 

Description of solution: Functionality has been added to allow Cash Application payments to be posted to MRI by either the Post ID or Batch ID, depending on configuration.
